From the principal
“Dios Los Ninos was born from a passion for all things educational. What started as a dream became a reality in 2008 when we opened our doors to our first learners.
I have a passion for children who don’t always fit into those boxes that society and mainstream education seem to put everyone into. Each child is unique and I believe that children are more than just human beings. They’re academic beings, creative beings and social beings and that is what we pride ourselves, here at DLN, in doing, paying attention to all these parts of your child.
Over the years I have been involved in various education projects ranging from adult education to the training of women in squatter camps. I love education and I love kids! They are my passion and your future.”
I completed my honours degree in ‘Inclusive Education’ at the University of Johannesburg and I have a B.Ed degree

Uniforms
At DLN we have a comfortable and informal uniform.
Our learners all wear a black or red golf shirt,
along with our black DLN tracksuit jacket.
What you have to buy from DLN:
- Jacket (option between fleece or no-fleece).
- Red and/or black golf t-shirts with DLN logo on them.
Optional to buy:
- DLN beanie (the only beanie we allow)
- DLN cap (only cap we allow)
- The DLN black tracksuit pants
What you have to buy yourself:
a)Pants:
Any plain blue or plain black jeans (no skinny jeans, ripped jeans or jeggings allowed) .
The only tracksuit pants our learners are allowed to wear are the ones that DLN provides. It is made from the same water-resistant material as the jacket.
- b) Long sleeve shirts:
Any plain black or red long-sleeve t-shirts to wear underneath the golf shirt on cold days.
Prices are dependent on size. Kindly contact our admin office if you need a quote.
Our uniforms are unisex and are worn throughout the year.
